We are an award-winning national training provider, specialising in work-based learning; Pre-Apprenticeships, Apprenticeships, Traineeships and Study Programmes. Offering a wide range of courses M.I.T. Skills deliver training in the following areas: Construction (including plumbing, carpentry and electrical), Hairdressing, Motor Vehicle, Engineering, Youth work, Early Years and Adult Care, Engineering, Manufacturing, Railway Track Safety, Sport Coaching, Information and Communication Technologies, Business Improvement Techniques, Business Administration, Customer Service, Management and Teaching Assistants.

M.I.T. Skills continually ensures the highest standards of education, as confirmed by Ofsted and by our employers both nationally and regionally. After achieving the Standard Award in 2012, M.I.T Skills strived to accomplish the Gold Award and now joins the top 3.5% of ‘Investors in People’ organisations who have achieved a gold standard in people management. We were Training Provider of the Year 2015 in a joint award from a major tv and media company and one of the UK’ s biggest construction companies.

West Byfleet based M.I.T. Skills was named as one of the top training providers for apprentice training in the country, by the government body responsible for the quality of education and training for adults and young people. At the launch of his annual report the Chief Inspector said “I am delighted to be able to name M.I.T. Skills as one of this year’s outstanding providers for apprentice training. They have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to achieving the very highest standards within the industry”.

M.I.T. Skills acts as a HUB, this means that we are a one stop shop for all the needs of both learners and employers. Working with a large number of partners both nationally and locally, we aim to provide the best apprenticeship experience possible. We run education courses on our own, but also in collaboration with our large network of partners to provide new cutting-edge training programmes.
